Wouldn't it be great if we went to work without stress, anxiety or fear. Where we didn't worry about what others thought about us. Where making a mistake was just making a mistake and not something devastating. Wouldn't it be great If we didn't believe that we have to be perfect, have to please everyone; feel unable to say, 'No.'  Wouldn't it be great if we didn't hold ourselves back from being all we can be and just let ourselves become our best self.

This Women at Work Workshop teaches you to think about yourself, others and your work environment differently, empowering you to stop the limiting beliefs which holds you back from being all you can be and want to be in the workplace. This workshop teaches you how to think from a place of deeper self-awareness, which builds confidence and self-esteem, from a place of self-compassion and understanding, which stops the inner self-criticism and judgment.

 

This course gives you the tools to be in control, it gives you the tools to know when you have been triggered into your history where you gathered the limiting, crushing beliefs about yourself which are just not true! Beliefs which inform how you think, feel and behave in the workplace, around peers and around authority figures- your boss. 

This is how you stop the worry, stop work-related stress and anxiety, and this is where you become You, where you Become Your Best Self in The Workplace.

The on-line and face-to-face workshop covers the following areas:

  • Who do you Psychologically Take to Work with You

  • The Workplace: A Fear Based Environment?

  • The Workplace through the Eyes of the Child and Adolescent 

  • Authority Figures

  • What You Tell Yourself:

  • The Worrier, The Storyteller and The Projector

  • The Perfectionist and The Pleaser

  • The Inner Critic and The Judge

  • The Triggered to The Past and Getting Back to the Present

  • Your Desired Self

And involves teaching, and the following personal development exercises and techniques, ​

  • Practices to develop confidence, self esteem and personal healing

  • Inner Child Work

  • Parts Therapy

  • Inner Mentor Guidance System: Your Inner Observer, Your Inner Mentor, Your Body as a Guidance System

  • Reframing the Past

  • Visualisation and Imagery

  • Meditation and Relaxation techniques

  • Stopping Limiting Beliefs, Self-Criticism and Self-Judgment

  • The Opportunity to be seen and heard
